In the domain of Public Administration, our organization has been instrumental in delivering technical support and capacity-building programs from 2015 to the present. We have supported key institutions including the Banadir Regional Administration and the Federal Ministry of Finance, along with ministries of finance in Federal Member States, to drive public sector reforms and institutional reform implementations. Our initiatives have been geared towards enhancing civil society and citizen engagement, tackling corruption and fraud, and facilitating judicial and regulatory reforms. Through these efforts, we have contributed to the strengthening of regulatory reforms and oversight institutions, which are crucial for the governance framework of Somalia.
Moreover, our work in Public Administration has encompassed public investment management reforms and the adoption of digital/e-Governance transformations. These endeavors aim to modernize the public sector, making it more efficient, transparent, and accessible to the citizens of Somalia. By advocating for and implementing these reforms, we have helped lay the foundation for a more accountable and effective public administration system that can better serve the needs of its citizens and foster a conducive environment for sustainable development.
